1. Data we collect

For our clients (businesses using our platform):

• Account data: email address and company name provided during registration.
• Bot configuration: chatbot/callbot names, settings, and website URLs you configure.
• Usage statistics: number of messages and calls processed through your bots.

For end-users (visitors interacting with chatbots):

• Conversation data: messages exchanged with the AI chatbot and session identifiers.
• Voluntarily provided data: email or phone number if the visitor chooses to share it.

2. How we use data

• Provide and operate the chatbot and callbot services.
• Process conversations through AI to generate responses.
• Display usage statistics in your dashboard.
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates.

3. AI Processing

Our chatbot service uses OpenAI (based in the United States) to process conversations and generate AI responses. When someone interacts with a chatbot, their messages are sent to OpenAI's API.

OpenAI does not use API data to train their models. For more information, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

4. AI Transparency

Our chatbots are AI-powered systems, not human agents. Responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies. Users can request human assistance at any time.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• OpenAI - AI response generation
• Supabase - Database hosting
• Vercel - Website hosting
• Twilio - Telephony for callbots (if used)

We do not sell personal data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a standard format.

7. Data retention

• Account data: Kept until you delete your account.
• Conversation data: Kept for 12 months, then deleted.

You can request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption).
• Database is hosted securely on Supabase with encryption at rest.
• Access to data is restricted to authenticated users only.

9. Local Storage

Our chatbot widget uses your browser's localStorage (not cookies) to:

• Keep your chat history so you can continue conversations.
• Store your session ID for conversation continuity.

For logged-in users, we use secure authentication tokens managed by Supabase Auth.
