Skailio provides AI-powered chatbot and callbot solutions for businesses. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate automated responses to customer inquiries.

AI Disclosure: Our chatbots and callbots are powered by artificial intelligence. They are not human agents. Responses are automatically generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access other accounts.
  • Send spam or abuse the Service through automation.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your end-users before collecting their data through our chatbots.

6. Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Pricing and billing terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Skailio. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skailio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skailio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
